John has been coaching in Webster for 26 years. John, a graduate of Huron College, has turned Webster youth wrestling program into South Dakota's elite. "Key to all wrestling starts with little kids, and in a little town you need to start the kids early, and keep them going" says Schiley. John holds the longest active coaching tenure in South Dakota. He has led Webster into to placing in the last 13 of 17 state tournaments. |

Leeron has been John's first hand man for the last 25 years. Leeron is a former wrestler and graduate of Webster High School. His son Todd is a former WHS standout and a 2 time State Champion. |
